Made from a combination of 3 Types of Organic Basil: Large Leaf Italian, Genovese, and Sweet Basil, this Pesto should be called Besto, because it is the best you have ever tasted, hands down! Straight from Momma Romano's kitchen (aka my mom) and made with the finest ingredients: Organic Basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Garlic, Pine Nuts, and Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese from Arthur Ave in the Bronx.
Directions:
1. Defrost pesto in fridge overnight or bowl of cold water for same day use
2. Boil 1 lb of your favorite pasta- Mike's Suggestions- Rotelle, Linguine, Farfalle or Penne
3. Pour/Scoop 1 jar of pesto into a large, non-metallic bowl
4. Strain Pasta, and while still piping hot, pour over pesto in large bowl
5. Mix thoroughly and serve with fresh Parmigiano Cheese
6. Dinner in 10 MINUTES....Buon Appetito, Mangia, Mangia!
